I recently switched over from Firefox to Konqueror because for me, Konqueror is faster and fits right into the KDE desktop. I do have some problems though. First of all, flash. On some sites flash will work, but on others it won't. WORKS: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ DOESN'T WORK: http://www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/220764/ Second, java. When a site tries to access Java, the applet loads, but it does not work at all.
I ran Konqueror from the terminal. I started up google, went to the southpark site, and tried to play the video then shut it down. Here is the output:
I'm running Kubuntu 64-Bit. Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like the libraries "libcanberra-gtk-module.so" and "libqtcurve.so" are from a different architecture than "npviewer.bin" causing it to fail to load. Please ensure that all packages on your system come from the same architecture.

That should be fine... although for some reason it is finding and trying to load the /usr/lib version instead of the /usr/lib32 version.
Try looking in your package manager for "nspluginviewer" and ensure the architecture is 64-bit.

Nothing comes up for nspluginviewer. There is, however, a nspluginwrapper and a konqueror-nsplugin, both of which are amd64.

That is very unusual. Have you installed the 64-bit versions of Flash and Java?

From what i can tell, Both the konqueror and Arora terminal outputs contain similar errors. Please help! Thanks.

Can you please try and locate the libflashplayer.so and javaplugin.so files and run ldd on them? The other files all look correct.

/usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so
/usr/lib/ure/lib/sunjavaplugin.so Should be the ones to try. Please check that the search paths in Konqueror > Settings > Configure Konqueror > Web Browsing > Plugins are correct.
