Where does konqueror store its web shortcuts?

Thu Aug 13, 2009 10:58 am For synchronization between different computers, I would like to know where the user-defined web shortcuts that can be entered in konqueror are stored. I had a look in .kde/share/apps/konqueror and couldn't find them. Any ideas? Best, Zsaja

Thu Aug 13, 2009 3:57 pm The system-installed web shortcuts would be in $KDEDIR/share/kde4/services/searchproviders/ where $KDEDIR is where KDE 4 is installed (the output of the command "kde4-config --prefix"). For user created ones it would be in ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/searchproviders/ Jucato, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.
