Hello everyone,
Can someone please point me to the config file that will stop kopete opening the geany text editor instead of konqueror when kopete tries to access a web browser say for example you get this message inside the chat window:
"Yahoo! Admin:  You are using an older version of Yahoo! Messenger that is no longer supported. Please upgrade by downloading the newest version by going to: http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php

When i click on http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php Geany opens instead of konqueror how do I tell kopete to ignore geany and open konqueror as expected. Using KDE Version 3.5.7

Please note: this is for the upcoming release of TEENpup 2010 Mini and any advice would be helpful as i don't want to release TEENpup with this bug.

I believe you need to set the application associated to the text/html mimetype. I believe this is under the control of the fd.o mimetype specification however. The package is called shared-mime-info.
