Why some downloads start at delayed state?

I cannot understand or see some reason. Often I just copy url link and download it with wget.

I tried to stop and start download by pressing buttons on KGet GUI, but this have not helped.

KDE 4.3

Please update to KDE 4.4, since KGet has had many bugs fixed in it. the delayed state is usually caused by a broken multi-connection KIO plugin, inability to commence the download ( due to not found errors, etc ) or another undetermined error.
