Hello all
You'll see, on identi.ca Konqueror doesn't keep me identified (after log in). I must log in, every time that I surf on this web page, no matters if my last log in was 5 min ago, I must log in again, over and over , every time I close the tab of identica or I surf on another page on it, I MUST log in again I was thinking this behaviour can be related to the configuration of the cookies on Konqueror or something like that, but, honestly I have no idea... I use KDE 4.4.4 and Konqueror 4.4.4 Please help me... Sorry my poor english I talk spanish Thanks in advance |

First, try clearing all cookies saved by Konqueror. Open Konqueror > Settings > Configure Konqueror > Web Browsing > Cookies > Management. Click "Delete All" and apply, then quit Konqueror.
Also, do you access identi.ca via any other KDE application? ( including Plasma applets ) This includes things such as identi.ca RSS feeds in Akregator, RSSNOW, etc.

Thanks a lot for your answer.
It seems be due to that Konqueror does not supports something called DOM or MOD or something like that. I know it becouse I was talking with the administrator of gnewbook.org (site where I have got the same problem, also it occurs at the twitter site), he said me that. |

About using it with other KDE applications, is it not okay to be using Choqok while you suft identi.ca with Konqueror?

It should be fine to use it with Choqok to an extent, however you may experience being unexpectedly logged out of identi.ca in Konqueror.

Before updated to KDE 4.4.5, I was using identi.ca through the web, without Choqok, the problem persisted.
When I updated to KDE 4.4.5 I had not longer the issue. I can send messages to identi.ca from choqok or the web and Konqueror keeps me identified on it. Thanks a lot for the answers |
