I have recently switched my OS to Pardus from Windows (actually only a day ago). I am a dummy on OS other than Windows but I am intended not to go back Windows ever again.So I need a dummy's guide to fix the problem that is stated on subject part. The version of Kopete that came with Pardus is 1.0.0. Even though I like it, I need to solve the issue as my work depends on IM heavily.

You may wish to install a client such as KMess which specialises more in the use of the WLM network.
