Konqueror works fine with Gmail out of the box but not with Yahoo Mail and Hotmail. What changes are needed to Konq's config to make those two web sites fully functional? I've worked with Adblock to allow scripts, frames, pages and it still is not executing the page enough to read and manage email.

You may need to change the browser's identification to firefox or ie in settings. Doing this and Yahoo works fine but Hotmail I keep getting "We can't connect to Windows Live Hotmail right now. Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet and try again". The only way Hotmail works, for me, is if I use the mobile version (it's an option when you login and it tells you your browser is not supported)

Yes, I've tried configuring Konq. to appear as IE, Safari, Firefox and that is necessary to get yahoo mail to use the new view (not classic page). However, even with open permissions on its scripts, frame, pages, yahoo still has problems. The scroll bar at right does not exist, for one. Hotmail is in worse shape. I can display the main page but clicking on a email does not display the contents or clicking on a folder does not bring up the folder's contents.

I hope the KDE developers will provide a specific configuration for these sites. The configuration should be universal. Thx.
