Web applications (Prism for KDE)

Sun Aug 29, 2010 2:10 pm
Is there an application or an alternative way of having standalone web applications like what is possible with Mozilla's Prism? Or maybe a way of configuring an existing app to do this. Here are some attributes I am looking for:

- must be a KDE app or at least Qt
- use Webkit
- typical web app look and feel i.e. no tool bars, status bar or menu bar; just borders, decorations and web page.
- use KWallet to store passwords
- minimize to system tray
- open links in system default browser

Thanks.

Except for the system tray part, have you tried the "scripted html" plasma widget?
