I use my laptop both at work (where I heve to set a proxy) and at home (no need for the proxy)

How can I rapidly shift from one proxy to the other? the ideal would be to have a small script running at each login and configuring the proxy or at least a widget to click and configure the proxy at least when I'm at work...
