Turn off security warning in Konqueror when accessing SMB

MalleRIM Registered Member Posts 19 Karma 0	Turn off security warning in Konqueror when accessing SMB Thu Sep 30, 2010 3:19 pm Hi, I would like to turn off the security warning that pops up every time I access a link to an SMB share from a website. This is not actually a problem but still quite annoying. Any hints? Thanks in advance, Malle

See the following for how to fix it: http://www.davidfaure.fr/2010/redirect-to-smb.html konquerorrc can be found in ~/.kde4/share/config or ~/.kde/share/config depending on your system. Please ensure that Konqueror is not running when you do this.
