https:// links get downloaded instead of opened  Topic is solved

KDE Applications only open http links directly. https will instead be downloaded and then opened. This is not dependend on the Browser I select in Systemsettings. The effect also doesn't change if I select "Open in program based on content type" (or whatever it's called in english).

Somewhere my config must be screwed up, because with a test user it works fine.

That helped. I added
Code: Select all
X-KDE-Protocols=KIO

to my ~/.local/share/applications/firefox.desktop and now it works.
