Hello after my notebook shut down (due to low battery) when I was just using Knetworkmanager to add a new W-LAN connection, I can't start Knetworkmanager anymore. Networkmanager works properly, I'm using nm-applet right now. Re-installation of all (K)networkmanager packages via yast didn't help. Terminal output is:
Following the suggestion in another forum, I tried the following commands which did not help either: sudo rm /var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state sudo /etc/init.d/network restart Output then was as follows
Now terminal output is the same as posted on top of the page. Thanks in advance for your replies!

Thanks - problem solved. I assume the file networkmanagementrc was damaged due to the shut down. |
