i want when to reply or forward a email to be the mail quoted but now it cant do this... any solve for theese ?

For reply that should work out of the box. Check Settings -> >Configure KMail -> Composer -> templates

For forwarding, there are several forwarding options. One of them is inline, i.e. take the original mails text and put it into the new one. I think this is also based on a template so quoting might be added here as well.
