I'm running KDE 4.5.1 on Kubuntu 10.10 and everything is perfect except for 2 small issues I've been having since I switched to KDE and Kopete.

• The horizontal scrollbar that appears when someone sends a long url in the chat window. Is there anyway to make it automatically wrap long urls?
  
• When I have the Kopete main window minimized to tray and I try to close a chat window either by hitting the close button or hitting Ctrl-W it quits Kopete instead of just closing the chat window. If I have Kopete main window open then it works correctly only closing the chat window. This is super annoying because it means I have to manually open Kopete's main window every time I want to close a chat window. I suppose the message indicator thing could be messing with this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The 2nd issue is certainly a bug in Kopete itself, likely related to an inbuilt Qt behaviour. I have never experienced it however. May I suggest updating to KDE 4.6?

Ok after updating to KDE 4.6 the issue is still there. Closing the last Chat window makes me unable to get Kopete back and although the process is still running friends tell me I go Offline around 30-60secs after closing the window.

Oddly enough, I have Kopete configured to ask me to confirm becoming available after being away and this seems to still work (I get the confirmation popup) but Kopete is still unreachable.

So it seems like Kopete doesn't quit nor hangs, but it takes me Offline and I can't get back any Kopete window. Should I file a bug?
