The program kopete is possible for each contact set "Custom Notifications", but there is no possibility for each contact to disable some of the standard (global). It is possible to only install.
Explain the situation:
I rolled up open jabber-conference in which they write something almost every 10 seconds. In this case, kopete icon in your system tray each time notify the arrival of the message.
