get settings from gnome NetworkManager Applet for kde NetworkManager

Can someone please explain how to get the gnome NetworkManager settings and add it to the kde NetworkManager? I have a ton of settings in my gnome NetworkManager Applet and I really don't wanna have to manually type all of my settings into the kde NetworkManager.

As far as I am aware, it is not possible to run both of them at the same time, and their storage of the information is in different formats. Unless you can write some scripts to extract and import the data, you will need to retype them unfortunately.

Change your connections in nm-applet to be system connections, they will be available in Plasma NM too as long as you are using a recent Plasma NM version. Then you change then to user connection in Plasma NM or keep them as system connections. I think if you change them to user connections in Plasma NM you will have to type the secrets again.
