kopete and irc

Hi,

I just wonder if we could configure kopete to use with irc. I use kopete shipped with SLED11 SP1. Here is the info

Kopete Version 0.80.2
Using KDE 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) "release 0"

If we can (either kopete supports or additional plugin) do, please kindly tell me how to configure.

as best as I can tell there is no irc plugin https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167884, suggest you use Konversation
