Ok I did my due diligence and researched it but I have not found the answer to my two little annoying problems... so any help would be greatly appreciated

My SetUp:

Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal with some mods

My Problems:

(1) Notification format come up as HTML style, i.e.:
<qt>incoming message from<i> Deuce Bilegelow </i></qt>

I am sure that it has something to do with the QT system but don't know which packages I need.

(2) Systray icon is to different to my other ones and would like to change it, could I please have the correct location where this particular systray icon resides so I can change it something more appropriate.

TIA (Thanks In Advance)

Have you tried simply reinstalling kopete?

As for the icon - not sure what theme you are using but you can always get the location of a file by using locate:

Code: Select all
locate kopete | grep icon

Which desktop are you using? KDE or GNOME?

KDE Sysadmin
