today I wanted to add XMPP/Jabber support to my domain which uses Google Apps. I set SRV records accordingly:

Kopete seems to ignore these and tries to connect to xgm.de. If I manually override it and set a server like xmpp-server.l.google.com or talk.google.com it works perfectly.

There exists a closed bug report http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=133097 on that issue. Can anyone confirm that this bug is still present or has reappeared or if it is a problem with the configuration on my side (Kopete or DNS)?
