Website scrolling in Konqueror

Hi. Is there any possibility to enable drag scrolling in Konqueror, simmilar to pdf browsers? I use touchscreen device, this would be handy.

I don't think it relates to Konqueror as such; I have drag scrolling enabled on the right hand side of my touchpad which works in Konqueror.

I didn't mean touchpad, I meant touchscreen. I've used this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1250/ with Firefox, it allows to "grab" page anywhere and scroll. I want to enable such thing in Konqueror (I think having this in every scrollable area is an unreachable dream)

I did understand your question but my assumption is that, in order to achieve an effect, you need to configure the input device - in your case the touchscreen. Since it is possible to configure the touchpad to do this, I assume the configuration would be in relation to the touchscreen as a device, rather than the software.
