I have a google Mail account and with that also a Google Talk account. Because Google is so nice to provide a guide on how to set up Kopete with Google Talk, this works really good.

But as far as I know, one can actually also really talk, like in Skype, with Google Talk. Now I wonder if there is maybe an add on or plugin for Kopete, to do this also via Kopete, without having to install the browser plugin from Google?

Or is there maybe something planned in this direction?

I mean, Kopete also uses the webcam... so it looks like that some fundamental stuff already exists...
