Sorry, could you rephrase that? What PC speakers? Have you checked whether they are being recognized by your distro? What other efforts have you made?
The very simplest solution (if all is well) would be to look into kmix and adjust the settings accordingly.

Nobody will answer if you don't bother to give more details, like your KDE version to start with, your Linux distribution and of course some info about the speakers as this is not going to be easy if we don't have a minimum of information.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Thx 4 the reply!
I want to clarify that got sound, just need 'sound' on the pc-speaker[aka motherboard] [kde-unstable] arch pulseaudio and pavucontol,ALSA installed all started when I delete plasma by mistake(kde normal-no unstable-),then installed Gnomo-shell then delete gnomo and now again gome...ask for outputs you consider necessary... tia! ------------------------------------------- http://ompldr.org/vaGE5aQ/A.png http://ompldr.org/vaGE5ag/c.png http://ompldr.org/vaGE5bA/C1.png http://ompldr.org/vaGE5bQ/D.png btw: I hate gtk, adore KDE but need my sound back! |

the 4th image show output device of s/pdif, it should also have an "internal audio analog stereo section" (or something similar)
I would try reseting pulse and phonon by:
rename ~/.kde[4]/config/pulsedevicerc rename ~/.kde[4]/config/kmixrc rename ~/.config/kde.org/libphonon.conf restart KDE might be have missed something but .............. |

As most current distributions blacklist pc speaker, try to find out if pcspkr (or snd_pcsp) is loaded (from root):
If the module is not loaded, load it with
To allow pc speaker so on comment the corresponding lines in /etc/modprobe.d |

Just in case you want to not loose what's in these files you would rename or move them instead of deleting them so they could restored to the original versions
in Linux you would in Konsole use the move command "mv"
In Konqueror you could right click the file/folder and rename it or cut and paste it to a different location |

the /etc/modprobe.d is empty |

since lsmod shows it's loaded then that is not your issue. fyi /etc/modprobe.d should be a folder with, amongst other files, a file named (something like) 50-blacklist.conf which contains modules not to be loaded
if it worked fine until you switched environments then it's a user config problem unless you did something as root that effects the system |
