I lost a station, Arte françe. I use Satellite TV via my computer. Checking at the Arte France Website, the position for the UK is: Hotbird 13 11681 H 57500. However whenever I make a total search, I don't get a result.

I would also know how I can get and install an up-to-date channel lists for Hotbird and Astra. I have Astra-19.2E and Hotbird -3.0E. Despite I do from time to time a listing upgrade, I have the impression nothing changes within the channel lists.

Hotbird German is OK as it is received via Astra. The french version is also quite important for us, so I hope, you can help me.
