soundKonverter missing from 17.10 repository

I notice soundKonverter is not included in the 17.10 repositories, does anyone know if it's been replaced by another app or missed out by accident?

If 17.10 is the version of (k)ubuntu, you should ask on the support channel of the distribution.
Moreover, soundKonverter is not developed by the KDE community.
