Hello, i'm running KDE 4.4.4 and i'm having a weird audio issue, any audio is playing as a garbled mess, it seems to be playing at a very high speed with pauses every second or so, this happens with any audio file or format, and also happens with any audio device i try to plug in.

When testing the device on KMix, it works fine, it's just when playing audio files that the weirdness happens.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Sorry, but even on the oldest distributions currently around KDE is more recent that 4.4.4. Please upgrade your computer, your versions is totally outdated.

Sorry, but i can't update the system, as some software depends specifically on this version of KDE.

If there is no support for this version, then i'll try to figure it out on my own, thanks anyway.
