Hi,
Need help with dragonplayer flatpak. If I try to play a video from flatpak version of the dragonplayer ('Open with' option from file manager), the video plays but there is no audio. If I play the same video in 'normal' (deb) version, audio/video both work fine. So it seems to me that there is no issue with file itself or with my audio settings.

Following is flatpak info of dragonplayer.
Code: Select all
sai@Sais-MacBookPro:~$ flatpak info org.kde.dragonplayer

Now, if I launch the same video file from terminal with `flatpak run org.kde.dragonplayer <video-filename>` command, the video also does not play; just the player window launches without playing video and obviously no audio. Following is error I see on the terminal.

I checked under /dev and there is no /dev/dsp. Only have /dev/snd.

I added myself to the 'audio' and 'video' groups. Still no audio when launching from 'Open with' option from the file manager and no audio+no video when running from terminal.

Packages are made by distributions, so you need to talk to your distribution if a package doesn't work.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
