I am running KDE 5.21.3, Framework 5.81.0, kernel 5.11.16 on Arch Linux. I didn't need Pulseaudio and Kmix was working fine with ALSA. However, after a few reboots, the volume icon on tray didn't work, that is not showing the usual popup with the level bars when I left-clicked on it. Right-click does work, but it will only show the large panel on the left side of the desktop. I have tried to reinstall the package after deleting all the folders and configuration files, but no joy.

UPDATE: fixed reinstalling the system.
