Minnor bug in edit of phonon device listing?

When I change some listing order of phonon devices the "Apply Button" activates. If i "Apply Device List To..." through its button, the "Apply" button does not activates if it was grey.
This is in KDE configuration - Sound

The configuration may be automatically applied once you have selected categories to affect. If this does not happen, please file a bug to this effect, after searching for bugs already filed.
