What I did I use alsaconf to get sound no problem it works very well after I restart my computer no sound at all.
Again alsaconf and after that I use alsactl store and try again I restart my computer still no sound.:-S What is it and how can I make the sound permanent?. Please I`m really appreciate that we can solve it. Thx fresh_beginner |

Use a sound mixer like kmix (or alsamixer from terminal) and tweak the volume sliders. (you may want to mute/unmute the analog loopback channel).

Well I type in Konsole alsaconf configure my Audigy card after the configuring is done,I can listen song in yahoo or what ever after I restart same think no sound . Again alsaconf so I have my sound back,again I can listen everything. So what is going with the sound oFF:-( |

Don't use alsaconf. Use alsamixer from terminal:
alsamixer -c 0 (this is just a shot in the dark). |

The problem was in Kmix that Audigy Analog/Digital Output Jack it was not marked. So I click on it and that could be the problem. Thank you be a part for helping me out. I really appreciated. :thumbs_up: Fresh_beginner |
