First hello everyone, I just joined the forums. Hoping to find some help.

I just installed 2.6.30.8-64.fc11.i586 i686 with kde 4.3.1, I have installed all security, bug-fixes and enhancement updates.

(system has radeon x1950 Pro)

Under System settings then clicking on display makes the system lock up; no input at all even numlock key freezes and forces a shut-down. While searching for a fix I keep finding patches to older systems before this release but nothing that seems current.

Open to suggestions and recommendations. Thanks in advance for the time.
