Hello there,
I am using the version 2.3.3 of Gwenview on KDE 4.3.2. While i'm able to rate my pictures using the "Semantic information Ratings", the ratings are not persistent, that is if i close Gwenview and re-open it, all the ratings previously made are gone.

Is there any dependencies to be satisfied for the ratings to remain persistent? How can I address this problem?

This sounds like an issue with Nepomuk. Can you try removing $(kde4-config --localprefix)/share/apps/nepomuk outside a KDE session?

NOTE: The above will cause the loss of any semantic information that was saved, entered through Dolphin ( star ratings, comments ) or other Nepomuk enabled applications.

I have upgraded to the version 4.3.3 yesterday and surprisingly this problem no more occurs.
