I miss it so. Sound Juicer is nice, but not as graceful as KAudioCreator. I've tried Grip too, and while I like some of its features, I can never make it do exactly what I want.
KAudioCreator was perfect, and required no tinkering whatsoever. |

Yes, I did try Audex while still in 9.04 -- crashed my system about half the time. I was having other problems at the time, so Audex might not have been fully to blame, but haven't yet tried it in 9.10.

all I can say is it works fine for me but it does have (or had issues) if more than 1 reader was attached (iirc only one reader worked but that could be fixed))
Audex does covers which are important to me else I use gnormalize which I've always had good luck with. |
