Kuickshow should be available from your package manager if that is where you installed KDE 4.4 from. The package manager will take care of installing the needed components.

You should be able to find it in the kdegraphics-extras package.

maybe Fedora doesn't package either kuickshow or kdegraphics-extras (fyi @bcooksley in openSuse kuickshow is in the community repo)
seems that the Fedora forums would be a better place to ask this question (worse case you could compile or "rpmbuild --rebuild" it from the source or the src.rpm http://sourceforge.net/projects/kuickshow/files/) |

Fedora package kuickshow separately. You just need 'yum install kuickshow'. If it doesn't work, you may need to add the kde-fedora repo.

See http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ for explanation and a download link to set up the repo. If you stick with the default settings you will get pretty stable packages, although they may be still queued for release to the main distro.
