Hi all
I use to create calendars with gwenview or digikam for the past 2 years. This year however it appears that the file size is extremely high - some 10-30 x higher than ever before. 80-110 MB per 12 pages PDF file now vs before 1.5-6 MB per calendar using same images.

Anyone out there using calendar creator and sharing his solution to shrink file size or share your file size per yr-calendar?

The KDE print to file has no option to modify resolution. Nor do any of the photo applications gwenview or digikam offer any option to modify resolution or file size of PDF file. Even when using tiny thumbnails for a test calendar, the 12 pages still are nearly 60MB PDF file size.

Any experience or solutions appreciated (a bug report has already been sent)
