reworked for qt5, qt3 support removed from qt code, kpart use almost them

added new declare as "Function" to declare function and import them from pov code
now you can create function using pigment and select them directly from a list in isosurface

POV-Ray 3.7 is now under the AGPL, and available over at Github,

and I have made them aware of eticre's most excellent contributions with

Any reason you're not hosting the developer over in kde.org git repos but somewhere outside?
