i got on miro watchhed a couple downloads and had a couple downloading went to do something else and went to go back 15 20 times and it wont open back up ive only had kubuntu fo 7 days so im really uneducated as far as linux could someone please help me all it does is the little bouncy ball bounces a few times then thats it ive even tried restarting

the bouncing icon is a notifier that the application is starting up (like the hour glass in Windows and is configurable)

since the time it worked and doesn't were any updates installed?

to see errors when trying to run an application open a konsole window and type miro, then the enter key and messages should appear listing any errors causing miro to not run

I have been playing with Plasma Mobile on my laptop from a LiveUSB and I really like the interface ideas behind it. I have been thinking recently about building a new desktop which would act as a home theater/smart TV. There is an app available for Ubuntu and Windows called Splashtop tv online which allows streaming of your desktop to your phone for remote control, would something like this be possible using Plasma Mobile? I think that would make for a great user experience and an extra usage for your system.
