Lists in KAddressBook?

Mon Aug 05, 2013 5:19 pm
Versions:

mannex@Aculeus:~$ kaddressbook --version
Qt: 4.8.4
KDE Development Platform: 4.10.5
KAddressBook: 4.10.5

Running KDE on Mint 15. I'd like to create a personal mailing list so that I can send one e-mail to a group of people at once. Is there a way to set up a contact like that in KAddressBook? I was able to create a list in Evolution, but I'd like to do the same thing in KMail. Thanks.

Re: Lists in KAddressBook?  Topic is solved

Never mind! I figured it out. I create a contact, then enter all the names from the list as e-mail addresses. When I send a message to the list, I press on select next to the address field in KMail, highlight all the addresses under the list name, and add them to BCC (to protect their addresses from one another).

Sorry for the bother!
