1. I'd like to define some macros for myself. I've searched the web, and it seems like there's an option to define user tags and assign a shortcut to it. Unfortunately I cannot find something related to user tags under LaTex under kile 2.1.3. So how is it working now?

2. I configured kile to open okular after every succesfull build of pdflatex. Most often it happens, that if the document is already open, okular will update the document, but then jump back to the first page.
Clearly, If I just update some detail on the page, I do not want to scroll through the whole document again.

So how can I fix this? The options I use for okular are: --unique %target
