Hey people,
I'm having a bit of trouble losing all my tabs when Kate (text editor) crashes, and boy does she like to crash.

Additionally, it's having trouble pasting a large number of lines which Notepad++ handles effortlessly under Wine. I've got 32gb of memory and an Intel i7 3820 quad @ 4.6ghz. So it shouldn't be too hard for it.
