The existing market is the easiest to understand. It is an established market with known consumers, solutions, and competitors. But a strategy is needed to further market the platforms for selling. A marketing strategy is necessary for a company to successfully develop, increase sales and profits, and clearly understand what direction to move. Personally, I try to move in a segmented strategy.
