Kexi, which is part of the KOffice suite, appears to have some support for Access databases. How complete this support is I do not know.

on a simple scenario i have had success using kexi for importing/converting an access database, but if the database was too[1] large/complex it would bomb out.
[1] the files i was attempting to work with were drastically different, so i'm not sure where the division line of "too" large. sorry. |

It isn't really practical to use Access databases in Linux; however, if you convert them to mysql, Access can still access them and they are accessible in Linux.
This may not get you far if the relationships between the tables are complex because you will have to rebuild those relationships in Linux.

Tables are imported (their design and data). Other object types are not reverse-engineered, so no FOSS project can access them, unless windows DLLs are used. |
