Sometimes when I select something (from right to left, bottom to top--though I don't know if this matters) the screen and cursor jump up, which causes additional selection that I don't want. It's super annoying. Is this supposed to be a feature? It has nothing to do with the cursor touching the top of the document either.
I couldn't find anything in the configuration to disable "Annoying Highlighting Feature". |

I think you'll find that if you select from top-left to bottom right it doesn't happen. I've noticed this for some time - not certain, but I think since 4.4.0. I kept meaning to check if a bug report has been filed, but I never got around to it. If you do find one or file a new bug, please put the number here so that we can vote on it.

Well if it's more than just me observing this behavior I'll report a bug now.
