Pronounciation?

I use American English. Sometimes I butcher it, :< But I was just wondering how you pronounce "Akonadi" and "Nepomuk?"

Why the odd names?

It sounds prety good with Galician/Spanish/Portuguese/Brazilian pronunciation, IMO.
