how to disable kile read only

Kile marked this tex source as read only because of non-utf8 chars. I fixed, converted to utf-8, + dos2unix. Kile still has marked as read only?? Renaming works so must be bug in kile. But how to remove R/O attribute?

Kate has a checkbox in the "View" menu to control this, not sure about Kile though.
