I updated to kde 4.6.1 and the autocompletion does nt work anymore.

Do you have this feature working in >4.6 ?

In KWrite > Settings > Configure Editor > Editing > Auto completion is "Enable auto completion" ticked?

Unfortunately is enabled , i had checked

This happened after update to 4.6.1

If you try under a new user can you reproduce? Also, if you try in Kate does it work?

I think it is time to file a bug ?

Interestingly it seems broken in trunk as well. Please do file a bug report at bugs.kde.org. It used to work a few days ago....
