Popup menu at mouse-cursor position is gone from klipper options and the popup always appears at the corner of the screen. kde 4.6.2 here.
What could have caused this and how do I bring back the desired behavior?

Unfortunately it probably isn't possible if the option has been removed from the configuration dialog.
