I Googled this and I found that the bug has been solved in beta5 package: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour ... bug/777728

Is there a way to get kile 2.1 beta5 via Synaptic Package Manager?

You need to ask on the Debian/Ubuntu forums as this will be where the packagers hang out rather than here.
