I'm not sure what you're requesting. Being able to add movies to your IMDB watchlist from Tellico?

Being able to import my imdb-watchlist (via the imdb-watchlist-CSV-file) in to my tellico library.

If it is just a CSV file, then Tellico can already import it. File->Import->CSV file. You'll have to define what field is in each column.
