Hello,
I have the following problem with Tellico 2.3.6 (I have Linux Mint 13 with KDE 4.8.5) When I rightclick on a movie: update entry->IMDB nothing happens (without any error message) When i use the option "Search" and search for a movie with imdb the message "the search returned no items" occurs. What can i do to get information from IMDB? Thank you very much for your help! |

The perils of screenscraping...when the HTML changes, it tends to break things. I'll have to fix Tellico, there's no way for you to do anything at the moment. Try using one of the other movie data sources - amazon, freebase, allocine, etc. http://tellico-project.org/data-sources |

Thank you for your fast answer. I'll try the other plugins until there is a fix.

Same problem and same situation here. Also Linux Mint 13 and KDE 4.8.5 and not one of the data sources is available. They all give back that there are no searchresults.

For me to be able to help you with data sources other than IMDB, you're really going to have to be more specific. Which data source, and what are you searching? The IMDB source has already been fixed in the Tellico source repo, ready for the next release. |

Imdb or Amazon or AnimeNf. I think those were the original sources after install. If Imdb is fixed I'll just wait for it to be added to the repo's. Is this going to be done 'automatically' or do I have to add a new software source?

I'll check Amazon and AnimeNfo. Did you enter your Amazon secret key in the data source config? It's required by Amazon for data access. Is there a particular movie that you're searching for on AnimeNfo? The IMDB fix will require updating to a new version of Tellico once it's released. |

I'm sorry, I did not know that from Amazon. I'm using IMDB for years now and want to keep it that way. So I'll wait for the update/new version and keep piling up my dvd's until then .
