I have added some fields to the general and personal sections and I'd like to prevent them being exported. If it matters I am using the music collection template. In some cases I would want these fields exported, some of the reports I may save would require them, but I would like to keep them out of html exports.

Is there a 'properties' aspect? In the field properties for said field, in the category aspect, there is a set properties button. Is there a value I can add there to prevent export to html?

There's nothing that currently does a blanket prevention of the field being exported. And whether the field is included in the HTML would depend on each report individually and each template.

All I can suggest as a workaround is to delete the field before generating the report, and then closing the file without saving.
